There can be no better feeling than standing at the top of mountain, looking over a valley, and realizing just how big our planet really is. I have been a mountain climber for years now, and I find that I do not need to partake in any other form of exercise because mountain climbing in itself is a total body workout. I always take my cell phone with too, incase of emergencies. I stretch before a climb and make sure I have water and energy boosting food with me when I climb.
